About Joan

My name is Joan and I've been a personal trainer for the past three years. I've trained young teenagers learning how to safely lift weights, all the way to a 74-year-old US war veteran who uses a cane. Whether you are trying to get stronger, lose weight, gain better balance or change up your training routine I am here to help! My training includes: A thorough conversation about your past injuries, goals, past training programs and training history. Specific meal plans, eat delicious food and lose weight!
