About Joan

My name is Joan and I've been a personal trainer for the past three years. I've trained young teenagers learning how to safely lift weights, all the way to a 74-year-old US war veteran who uses a cane. Whether you are trying to get stronger, lose weight, gain better balance or change up your training routine I am here to help! My training includes: A thorough conversation about your past injuries, goals, past training programs and training history. Specific meal plans, eat delicious food and lose weight! We are all different people and cannot train the same way to get results. Get a tailored program specifically for you!
