With over 23 years in the Fitness field, my expertise as a Personal Trainer has become wider and wider over the years. I have worked with a myriad of clients ranging from young athletes to older populations with or without health issues. My workouts are customized to the needs, limitations and goals of my future clients. A few examples include clients with fibromyalgia, diabetes, high blood pressure and other health issues but also with perfectly healthy individuals. I offer training in free weights, powerlifting and resistance training as well as calisthenics. I hope to have you as new clients very soon. Until then you take good care of yourselves.
My favorite client story
I once helped a client named Anna Marie, she was 60 pounds overweight, suffered from fibromyalgia (A chronic disorder characterized by widespread musculoskeletal pain, fatigue, and tenderness in localized areas) and a myriad of problems due to the extra weight and lack of exercise (hypertension, diabetes etc...) After creating a routine for her she lost 65 pounds and found love again and more self-confidence.
My favorite exercise
I do not have a favorite exercise since I enjoy each routine. If I had to choose one, I would say the Pull ups.

I have been working out with ray for about a year. I have had lots of back and hip pain the past few years, so I was looking for a trainer to help me rebuild my body so I could live pain free. Rai has been my trainer, on and off, for several years. Whenever I want to jump start my exercise regimen - I call Rai. He knows just the right exercises to work a particular muscle group. And, I really appreciate how Rai tweaks our workouts to accommodate my “aches and pains” of the week. Never late for appointment, always friendly and highly attentive. You won’t find Rai reading email on his phone while you are doing squats. One note, Rai does not count reps of exercise use until you do them correctly. Darn!
