I'm a young, growing personal trainer, constantly learning and trying new methods! I value a holistic, behavioral-change based training method, creating long lasting results from small tweaks to the daily life. While training sessions are important, I push clients to create goals outside of our sessions because, in all honesty, a one hour workout isn't going to create big changes. I will push you, beyond what you may think you are capable of, but I can assure you that you are exactly where you are supposed to be!
