Assessment of current situation (body measurements and nutrition) 3. Discuss lifestyle and habits 4. Discuss and set achievable goals 5. Provide nutritional and workout coaching 6. Check on daily progress 7. Revisit goals to determine what works and what needs to change 8. Conduct weekly assessments

Training should be fun and effective. Being healthy and fit is a lifestyle. And maintaining an aesthetic looking body year round is the ultimate icing on the cake. Being healthy and fit gives you confidence in life and everything you do outside of the gym. Training doesn't have to be hard, it has to be effective.
