I have a master’s degree in exercise and health sciences and hold certifications in personal training, nutrition, and youth exercise. I have been working as a personal trainer since 2012. My approach to training is holistic, and addresses various aspects of a person's life, including physical activity, nutrition, sleep, and stress as they can all influence one another and impact one’s ability to achieve their goals. I support individuals by helping them make realistic lifestyle changes that will be sustainable for them. I have a more gentle and supportive personality and really enjoy getting to know my clients on a deeper level.
