My main specialty is improving health and body transformation, but I am also an expert in sports performance. I am excited to meet you and I look forward to helping you achieve your goals.
My favorite client story
My favorite client story was a young man I trained who was just finishing up medical school and had neglected his body for his studies over the last several years. Because he was dedicated and driven and most importantly adhered to the nutrition advice I gave him, he achieved incredible results and was extremely proud of himself achieving a dream body he never thought possible.
My favorite exercise
My favorite exercise is pull-ups but no worries if your not there yet. In general I love exercises that challenge the whole body and core muscles as well as the main muscle targeted.
My training philosophy
My training philosophy is to teach you about your body, so you are aware of how to optimize its functioning. This includes education on proper exercise form and nutrition. I believe understanding how exercises and foods or the lack thereof impacts your body and health is the greatest motivator.
My training experience
I began my training experience as a soccer coach, so I have general expertise in sports performance and endurance. I have been training people in general health and fitness for two years since then.
