To keep clients motivated and engaged, I make exercise as enjoyable as possible, I keep my sessions interesting and change the trainning often to avoid clients getting bored. At t he same time i do take physical transformations very seriously and take pride on every single client's success.
The impact I have on people's lives, is what drives me, as a child, a burning passion for fitness and health got me through the teenage years , inspired me and changed my life, I want to do the same for others and help transform their life.

I never thought that I would gain muscle and lose weight at the age of 55! Coach Das is amazing in what he does. Their dedication to you as the individual is outstanding - while training he makes you feel that you are the only one! He truly cares and wants to see you succeed. The gym has a warm welcoming vibe with absolutely no intimidation. The continuous feedback and encouragement has kept me on course in my transformation journey - down almost 25 pounds in 5 months while increasing the muscle mass. Could not be happier. Looking forward to see what the next 6 months brings me with him.
I haven't lifted a weight in over 20 years and after being embarrassed by lack of endurance hiking one day I realized I needed to make a change and decided to look for a personal trainer. I met with other trainers each one approached being a personal trainer differently but none seemed to take the time to listen to me as their client like Das. He was on time (even slightly early which I appreciate), very personable and easy to talk to, made me feel comfortable with where I am with my journey of improving my health and fitness. And what sealed it was he was able to look at my home equipment and was able to jump right in on developing a routine for me that pushed me but didn't exhaust me so much that I was feeling ill or uneasy. I would recommend and will recommend Das to all of my friends and family.
It has been years since I have been in a gym. I have tried many times to start back up on my own but failed each time. So, I figured it was time to get a personal trainer. Das motivates me to push myself but also knows when my body has had enough. I was down 10 pounds in the first few weeks. He helped be get my diet under control as well. He is very flexible with the schedule. He does travel to my gym since my work schedule is a little crazy and I work from home. I'm excited to keep working with him and to keep seeing results. Definitely would recommend to anyone.
When Das started training me I was stuck in my weight, a little after a week I started seeing results. Das has a way to motivate you and push you to limits that you didn't even know you were capable of; all of that without even noticing because h and vary greatly in customization and options. Das is amazing in all level of fitness he'll work around your needs. Training sessions with Das is something too look forward to.
There are only positive things I can say about Coach Das! From my first visit back in January to present day it has only been AMAZING! Das truly cares about his clients. I started at Area 51 with Coach Das. Before that I hadn’t worked out in years let alone ever had a personal trainer before. Coach Das is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to fitness, nutrition and all around general health.
