About Jennifer

Hello, I'm Jen! I have been training clients in private as well as group class settings for 4 years but have spent most of my adult years highly active in various fitness areas including sports conditioning, cardio training, weight training and most group fitness formats. I became a personal trainer due to a personal love to help others achieve total body wellness and change their lifestyle to a more positive, healthier one. I've faced many of my own challenges from various back injuries and physical obstacles which translates into being able to relate to my clients and help them reach their own goals.

In addition, I have training experience working with a variety of age groups, both men and women and with clients who have injuries. I also work hand and hand with a physical therapist to move you into the post-physical therapy training process.
