I have different ways of training. I’ve been creating new routines, more effective exercises by mixing weights, resistance bands and machines. You can get stronger, lose weight, do cardio and get a strong core without cardio machines or doing crunches. I’ve been using this type of training on myself. I won’t make anybody do something I haven’t tried first
