I design a program for you utilizing many types of equipment and strategies based on your body type, strengths and weaknesses and exercise likes/dislikes while taking into account your health and fitness goals. I am fun to work with but also make sure you are highly motivated! Good form is everything. Without performing movements properly, you risk injury, pain, and discomfort. I make sure every move is done correctly to ensure you get the best results.
