I don't believe in a one size fits all training style. I design a program for you utilizing many types of equipment and strategies based on your body type, strengths and weaknesses and exercise likes/dislikes while taking into account your health and fitness goals. I am fun to work with but also make sure you are highly motivated! Good form is everything. Without performing movements properly, you risk injury, pain, and discomfort. I make sure every move is done correctly to ensure you get the best results.
My favorite client story
A client of mine with 6 young children to take care of had severe back pain to the point that she could not perform basic daily tasks, much less do many exercise movements. After working with her for 3 months to slowly strengthen her core and improve posture alignment, she now has the ability to take care of her family and feels much happier as a result.

Personal Training expertise using all kinds of fitness equipment including TRX Suspension, TRX Rip trainer, Bosu, Free weights, Resistance bands, Stability ball and Equalizer bars.
