I think the two most important things in personal training are the following:
1.) Getting to know my client and what their goals are so we can best tailor a workout plan suitable for you
2.) Keep things simple! Training/exercise really does not need to be very hard and I see many people in the gym (trainers included) over-complicate a lot of things! Training should be fun, exciting, and easy to learn!
I have been passionate about health and fitness ever since my first weight training class in high school (15 years ago!).
Since then, I have explored a variety of training methods ranging from bodyweight exercises, regular weight training, powerlifting, TRX, etc.
I can create a workout plan using all the equipment available in a gym or even just with a bench and a few free weights :)
