About Colin

Colin is based in Michigan and has gone from a gimmicky personal trainer (think: Brad Pitt in Burn After Reading) to an effective strength and nutrition coach. Overweight and unathletic in his adolescence, he learned through hard work and resolve that he wasn’t bound to stay that way. This journey transformed not only his physique, but also his mindset, athleticism, and spirituality.

He holds a dual Master’s degree in Exercise Science and Outdoor Recreation from Southern Illinois University. His graduate research explored the psychological and physiological benefits of exercising outdoors versus in enclosed spaces.

With over 15 years of coaching experience, Colin has worked with youth athletes as young as 12 and masters athletes well into their 70s. Whether the goal is post-rehab recovery, performance enhancement, or sustainable lifestyle change, no injury or obstacle intimidates him—so long as a doctor has given the green light.

In addition to movement coaching, Colin offers personalized nutrition guidance to support strength, energy, and longevity. His approach cuts through the noise of diet culture to deliver strategies that are practical, evidence-based, and sustainable.

Today, Colin is driven by a deep conviction: that people can overcome their limitations and achieve strength and mobility that once felt out of reach. Through problem-solving and emotional connection (and let’s be honest—humor), he helps clients realize they’re capable of more than they ever imagined.

Even the strength and mobility of the gods. (Maybe.)
