My favorite client story
I had a client which whom I worked with for 8 months who was a busy professional women in mid 50s and in a middle of a job change. It was a stressful time for her. I saw her 1-2 per week and had her check in with me for the 2nd work for accountability if I had not seen her that week. The workouts were a way for her to de stress and get centered and when the job change happened she transitioned from our workouts together to workouts with her spouse. The change she made motivated her husband to start a more structured movement program which was a positive side effect of her effort and leadership.

Susan was a great yoga teacher for me. We did private one on one sessions with outcome mapping & postural evaluations. I was going through a divorce at the time and yoga was something I wanted more of in my life . I chose Susan because I had been in her yoga classes before & she was a teacher that I thought could help me delve deeper into yoga. We did three six week sessions. It was the best thing in my life at that dark time... A true beacon of light. My strength & posture improved,,, I gained confidence. With Susan's physical therapy experience she was able to correct a shoulder issue I had. My pain was gone and I had learned the remedy through Susan & yoga. Our sessions touched me so deeply that now I'm in a yoga teacher training course! I'm very thankful for our time together & highly recommend Susan on all levels of training
Having trained with many trainers over the years, what I love about working with Susan is that she keeps workouts fresh! Her holistic approach and extensive knowledge of fitness and health is always an added benefit for me. Susan is an integral part of my support system and my program is based on my individual needs rather than some pre-packaged plan and that works best for me. I get the results that I want, but in a safe and healthy way. I love that! I
Susan is a great yoga instuctor. She is very organized, and each class offers something new and exciting. Her classes are very user friendly, and she never makes you feel bad for not being able to complete something. Following a session I feel much more calm, flexible, and relaxed. Highly recommend!
Susan is an excellent instructor. Her classes always leave me feeling renewed and relaxed. She is very calming and her knowledge of the art makes her ability to cater to your ability outstanding. I highly recommend her services.
I found Susan by chance and I’m so happy I did. I’m in my mid 60’s and have minor physical issues. I see her twice a week and she customizes my workouts to match my skill-level and needs. I’ve noticed increased strength, balance and coordination. And lastly, I’m feeling proud to be making a positive change in my life.
Best Trainer. Susan is extremely knowledgeable about the woman’s body and the changes we go through physically through life. She is resourceful, understanding, and eager to help!
