Hi! My name's Craig and thanks for checking out my profile page! I'm originally from Los Angeles and moved to New York to pursue a Masters degree in Exercise Science &a Nutrition. Personal training is my passion and I love helping others reach their personal fitness goals! Wether that's training for your first marathon, getting the body you want for that special day or vacation, preparing for retirement years or just looking to learn to workout more effectively I'm happy and excited to help!

My favorite client story
I trained one client to run her first half marathon. She came to me with no prior running experience and a resolution to run a half marathon. Not only did she get stronger incorporating regular strength training into her program but I worked with her to manage her diet and she lost 20 pounds. I helped her overcome her doubts about her abilities and along the way we had fun too. She finished her race strong and with confidence. She had such an enjoyable and memorable experience she ran two more half marathons later that year!
My favorite exercise
The deadlift, any variation. This is one of the absolute best exercise that anyone should be doing! It challenges the entire body from legs, glutes, upper back, core and even balance.
