I’m a fitness professional and enthusiast with vast experience in assisting my clients reach their fitness and nutritional goals. Moreover, my nutritional coaching experience is an asset in helping establish proper habitual needs among my clients in order to help them achieve long-term success. My group fitness instruction experience involves organizing and implementing 1-hour group fitness classes for 4 or more people at a time. I’ve also increased my group fitness clientele experience by having taught and organized multiple classes like: HIIT classes (High Intensity Interval training), Metabolic Conditioning, Group Strength Training and 3 part specialty training throughout the year of 2016. Such industry experience has given me the skills necessary to conduct more enjoyable and intellectually-stimulating classes.
