Getting back into shape or loosing weight is difficult but not impossible. Guidance is essential, especially if you suffer from past injuries such as *knee replacement *hip replacement *lower back pain *or sore joints. I've worked with clients that have a history of bulging or protruding disks, spinal injury or previous heart conditions. When you work hard for long periods of time, other things get overlooked. Take care of those things NOW, at this stage, before the impact becomes irreversible. In addition to following your physician recommendations, the right type of exercise regime is imperative and I would like to take the journey with you.

I’ve been working with David for 7 years religiously. He is phenomenal. He knows how to deliver great results, because he is so highly knowledgeable about the human body…every bone, muscle and tendon. I love and am thankful for my improved strength, appearance and overall physical health. In addition when I show up with an injury David tailors my workout to rehabilitate me. He literally saved me from rotator cuff surgery by strengthening all the surrounding muscles in my shoulder and back! David keeps the workouts interesting and fresh by introducing new exercises in addition to the tried and trues each time we work out. He’s also just a lovely, easygoing, warm, happy person. He is a gift. I am lucky to have found him.
I have been training with David over a year. He customizes the work out routine to my fitness goals and health. David modifies the exercise to my capabilities. I never have to worry about getting injured because he is well versed in how the body and muscles function. My whole mindset around working out has been transformed. Working out has become my lifestyle. I can always get in touch with him even after our workout. He is the best trainer I have ever had.
Dave is an amazing trainer. Been working out with him for close to 10 years. Encyclopediac knowledge of physiology (studied to be a doctor, has taken lots of certification) so he’s perfect for beginners, seasoned athletes- he starts with a solid foundation and will keep you healthy and injury free. With those with preexisting conditions, he will adjust accordingly. I wrote “life coach” because he is incredibly motivating, positive and a great role model. He reads a lot, continues to take courses and is incredibly logical. Breaks things down and demystifies. All in all an amazing person.
I met David several years ago when he was training a man in the gym It looked like they were having fun working out David understands anatomy(i am a nurse) He will push and motivate you and make it fun at the same time My middle aged body with creaky knees and sense of wellness have improved because of David Best money I have ever spent!!
Dave was able to completely rehab my knees and hips after years of the wrong exercise, wear and tear, arthritis and knee surgery. Dave’s focus is on the individual’s needs. Core training and modified yoga moves come together with light weights, bands and common sense. I cannot recommend this kind and smart man enough!
Having worked with Dave for a few years now, I feel better, stronger, and more flexible at 63 than I did 20 years ago. Dave’s not about getting you “ripped”; his work is all about making your body as healthy as It can be - for any age. My balance, my core strength, my flexibility is better now that I could ever imagine. Thanks, Dave! AND - you can do every exercise on your living room floor. :-)
