Looking for a program designed specifically for you and your goals? Let's get started! I am a performer and grew up dancing and singing, so movement has always been a big part of my life. Since keeping my body in shape has been essential to my life as a performer, I developed a fitness plan that works the best for me and my body.
Every client is an individual with unique goals and deserves a program to fit. I am a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine with specializations in Corrective Exercise and Sports Performance. I have had experience from Crossfit and HIIT training to Pilates and ballet. I believe the quickest results come from the most specific programming. This is why I always begin with goal setting and assessments with clients, to insure that each client gets exactly what is right for them and can always check progess based on those baselines. No matter your background, there is a way to achieving your goals - and I'm here to provide the roadmap! I focus primarily on an positive and high energy atmosphere while training - motivation comes when you feel recognized and heard. I travel to clients in Manhattan area and also train virtually if that's what you'd prefer. If you are a novice hoping to learn more about movement or a performer or athlete getting in shape for an event, you've come to the right place!

My favorite client story
One client was a weight lifting novice when we starting working together. She complained of knee pain and was terrified of squats and squatting movements - she told me would NEVER perform a squat. I promised her that with the right program and consistent "homework", she could do it. And she did! I wrote her home workouts every week between our sessions and she did them diligently with visible progress each week. Over the course of 8 weeks, with the help of blocks, band, weights and her determination, she can now do unassisted goblet squats with no pain!
My favorite exercise
I love single leg movements! Single leg squats, single leg deadlifts, bulgarian split squats - you can target imbalances between each side plus its a fun challenge for balance and stability.

Fitness should not take over anyone's life, but fitness should be a part of everybody’s life!
My training experience
When I got my training certification I began training at Equinox. I eventually decided that free lancing works best for me - I do personal training and group fitness in residences and outdoors in the Manhattan area. I work with older adults, peformance athletes, post partum moms and regular folks trying to stay healthy!
