About Hana

I started my fitness career working at a leading luxury gym chain here in Manhattan. Working alongside industry leading trainers and educated by some of the best master trainers in the business. 

I appreciate that for many people sticking to an exercise program isn’t easy and often a struggle. I like to keep my programs fun, creative, dynamic and functional so that you look forward to our training sessions. I aim to inspire my clients to change their health and well being habits forever.


No matter where you are starting from or what your goals are, I design personalised training programs based on the results of a customised assessment.


I am also a specialist trainer of pre / post natal clients. I train women to prepare them for pregnancy, labour and motherhood. Being a mom is physically demanding enough ( I know being a mom myself), let alone doing all those everyday activities whilst recovering from the trauma of labor, being sleep deprived and carrying around a baby. So training for this momentous event is a must!


Originally from the UK, I moved to NYC in early 2018 with my husband and 2 young daughters. I previously had a long career working in financial services in the City of London, but decided to make a career change, follow my passion and become a qualified personal trainer.
