My personal fitness philosophy focuses on: finding joy through movement, feeling energetic, eating whole, delicious foods, and- most importantly- feeling confident and happy in the beautiful bodies we have been given! I am passionate about helping others build strength and increase their overall health. I believe a strong body originates from a strong core. I am certified as a personal trainer with NASM, and Pilates mat through Core Pilates NYC. I have ample experience with pregnant moms and new moms, and working with diastasis recti (abdominal separation).
