As a personal trainer with nearly 10 years of experience working with men and women of all ages, my passion is guiding you toward achieving your goals — whether they be general fitness, weight loss, or shaping and toning.
Other trainers may define their process by how tough THEY can be. Unlike them, my focus is on your personal development, helping YOU set and accomplish YOUR personal fitness goals. I consider our work together a team effort: your willingness and determination, paired with my training and nutritional insight, will help you build strength, shed body fat, and ultimately shape your ideal physique.

To meet me at my contracted gym, scheduling is flexible and membership is required . You will get a reduced membership rate of $150 for 6 months.
I also offer customized routines in my own app that you can follow along with for your other workouts during the week!
My favorite client story
A few years ago, one longtime client of mine named Joe D., was determined to lose 50 pounds. After coaching him through some strategies on how to deal with his food preparation, exercise frequency, and his work schedule (he had an overnight shift), he shed the weight over a period of 6 months.
One day while at the gym, I handed him two 25 lb plates and instructed him to walk to the end of the gym and back to me. It wasn't difficult for him, but he did have to work a bit. I told him "that's how much weight you were carrying around before!" That really cemented the change for him and has kept the weight off ever since.

My training philosophy
To utilize the main movements (chest pushing, back pulling, overhead pressing, squatting, hip hinging) to work all the major muscle groups. No matter what your goal is, those 5 movements with critical accessory exercises wil get you stronger, leaner or more muscular when performed with the correct modality and intensity.
I establish a client's baseline strength, endurance and motivation, and then incrementally progress from there. It is then further tailored by incorporating aspects from various methods of training (i.e. powerlifting, bodybuilding, bootcamp) to suit your abilities and achieve your goals.
