<p>After high school I was preparing to play college basketball, but I wanted to get stronger before I played at the next level. During the summer I frequented gyms with a goal of gaining muscle. For the past 15 years, I have been a freelance Personal Trainer, training clients in home gyms and private clubs. For over 12 years I raced as a competitive age group triathlete and runner. I have completed 11 Ironman races, including the World Championships in Hawaii. Running highlights include completing the 2004 NYC marathon in a time of 3:01.
