My background is in boxing and distance running; I started boxing over three years ago and now fight in Amateurs. I worked for Equinox and several gyms as a boxing coach and developed programs integrating strength training and boxing training. My clients range from some of the top business owners in NYC to teenagers. With every individual, I create a program catered to their level of movement and fitness.
Sessions are 60 minutes; the first quarter with some corrective strategies for mobility, then strength, then energy system development.
