I became a Personal Trainer because I am passionate about helping others realize their fitness potential and goals. I fell in love with fitness in college and never looked back. Motivated to improve my own health and fitness abilities, I began educating myself in strength training and nutrition and watched my body composition and energy levels transform. Mentored by some of the top Personal Trainers in NYC, I recognized the importance of giving my clients an integrated nutrition plan to see the best results so I pursued becoming a Precision Nutrition coach and work that into all my personal training sessions.
I truly love being a trainer and I can help people with a wide rang of goals from weight loss, muscle gain to balance and coordination. My approach is very individualized to each client.

Kat is an awesome trainer! She does a really great job of tailoring my workout towards my goals through both strength training and nutrition coaching. The workouts are challenging but Kat mixes it up with different circuits (and even boxing!) to keep it fun. I would definitely recommend her!!
