Kevin Rosario

About Kevin
Hello All! My name is Kevin but you can call me Kev. I have been training for over 5 years starting in rehab. I worked with physical therapists to strengthen and condition patients of all injuries. Injury is inevitable but we can prepare our bodies and learn to work with those injuries through the improvement of movement. I am a no frills type of trainer. I get straight to the point and base my programming off of the fundamentals of movement. I will get you to your goals while improving your movement to better navigate yourself through your daily activities. I find many people lack adequate strength and knowledge to navigate through the lower back pain and other chronic injuries in which you may have accumulated throughout the years. If you're ready to make a difference, I can help guide you through the obstacles to improve your strength and create healthy habits. Consistency - Patience - Sacrifice
My favorite client story
My favorite type of client stories are always ones of progress and betterment. Recently I had a client who could not lift her arms over her head and has now gained full range of motion. Stories like that always strike home for me.
My favorite exercise
I personally do not have a favorite exercise. Each one has a specific role to play in muscle development but I do notice I like to the exercises in which I perform best at which are deadlifts and pull ups.
I believe any exercise can be made your "favorite"if you become good at them.
My favorite quote
"If it doesn't challenge you, it wont change you." - unknown
My training philosophy
My philosophy is continuously evolving as I learn more. However I have a few key principles which are the fundamentals of my training plans.
1. Work in all planes of motion
2. Train for the outcome
3. No frills
4. Simple and Effective
5. Have a positive experience with movement
My training experience
I want to become learn it all and strive to do so. I have worked with injured clienteles in physical therapy clinics, geriatrics, young and old adults. I have found my experience with rehabilitation helps me navigate the aches and pains we all obtain throughout life. A cranky knee, shoulder, or back wont get in the way of an effective workout. My goal is teach you how to work around these pains while being proactive in managing them as well.
