Growing up in Ohio, athletics were a way of life, and they led me to this passion for health and fitness. After playing two years of college basketball I transferred to Ohio State University. I won a Golden Gloves Boxing Championship and ran Ohio State's boxing program while graduating with a finance degree. After coaching competitive boxers, I began fitness training and working alongside physical therapists doing exercise rehabilitation. I then moved to New York and attended an exercise science academy while continuing to coach boxing and fitness training here in the city. I worked out of multiple elite gyms and have trained clients of all demographics. I have also spent time training at a Muay Thai/ MMA camp in Thailand and at an athletic performance facility in Denver that caters to NFL players and UFC fighters. I specialize in strength gain through barbell training, kettle bell training, and bodyweight exercises, as well as weight loss and toning through cardiovascular training such as plyometrics and combat training (boxing and kickboxing). I believe in training smarter and creating the most efficient and safe program to reach any client's goals. I enjoy helping people and am very confident and passionate about what I do. I would love an opportunity to help you reach your fitness goals!
