As an 67 year old male with numerous health complications, I struggled to find the right trainer for me. Matthew was an amazing bright trainer who was able to help me progress beyond my debilitating issue and get fit before I moved back to Florida!! Highly recommended trainer!!
Matt is reliable, knowledgeable and really enjoys training. I would recommend him without hesitation.
I can't say enough good things about Matt as a trainer. He seems to be able to understand where you you are- overall and that day- and give you clear instruction, sequence and targeted exercises. His knowledge base and ability to clarify the "why and how" this fits together individually is remarkable. The session does fly by-and I feel challenged, encouraged and looking forward to more. PS- People (ie spouse and friends-immediately said they saw a difference-didn't expect that so soon)
