No Gym Membership Needed!

I actually hate to work out. I've tried gym memberships, bootcamps, spinning, barre class. You name it, I've tried it and they dont work for me. I had gained alot of weight over the last few years and was at the heaviest I had ever been in my life. I decided I needed to make a change and wanted to explore getting a personal trainer. Mike came highly recommended from 2 of my co workers and both said the magic words "he's so nice". I didnt want a trainer who would be intimidating or not listen to me. True to their word Mike is one of the nicest people I have ever met. He's supportive, easy going and motivates you without you even knowing its happening. I went from not being able to walk up steps without becoming winded to lifting weights heavier then some of the men at the gym. Mike checks in on you on the weekends, holds you accountable to your goals and when you slip up you never feel like your being chastised. I'm down 20lbs and I feel the best I have felt in my life. I cant thank Mike enough and I would recommend him to everyone looking for a safe, supportive trainer who will kick you butt into shape.

I am a 65+ woman determined to get and stay fit. Mike is my 5th trainer (the prior ones left town...) and by far the best. He pushes me enough to keep me developing but knows what i can and cannot do in any session. That is exactly what i want from him. And he varies our routine so i don't get bored. He is always prompt and has an excellent sense of humor. He does a great job of ignoring my whining.

Started working with Mike over three years ago. He is great in developing programs that fit my need, all the while having a great supportive attitude. He is also quite flexible as to scheduling and is always on time.
