My passion is to guide, motivate, educate and support people on thier path towards a healthier lifestyle. I experience a tremendous sense of purpose from working with people who have decided that their health and fitness is of primary importance to them. Before becoming a fitness professional I learned the tough lesson that living an unbalanced life can wreak havoc on the body, mind and spirit. I got into exercise to feel better and be healthy and later I became a coach to help others on their own personal health and fitness journeys.
