I've played basketball competitively throughout my youth, I practice yoga regularly, kickbox often, and training for my first triathlon!
I became a trainer because this is the one career I've found purpose in. I'm able to directly impact the wellbeing of the individual I'm working with. 10 mins before my next training client, I get very excited because I have the next 60 mins to transform their life through movement and send them off with positive energy for the day.
