About Sean

Sean graduated with a BS in Exercise Science with a Concentration in Exercise Physiology. During that time, he experienced training in different settings such as cardiac & pulmonary rehab, physical therapy, and strength & conditioning coach. Throughout the past eight years, Sean has worked with all types of goals - from improving mobility and reducing chronic pains, to body fat loss and strength goals. His method is to train smartly, and with a purpose, delivering results in what a client wants & needs. Programs are individualized, based off an initial assessment. Exercises are functional and thought out, based on clients goals. Sessions are 60 minutes in duration; at resident gym/home, or independent gym in the area. Contact for more info!
