About Trinity
Life, health and respect for the body are intertwined and inseparable. My daily intention is always the same: to set my body in motion. Respecting and recognizing our body's abilities by moving simply and well, can have powerful results. There is nothing better than feeling and being strong.
Success for me comes when I've shifted a client's perspective on training from 'I have to, but I don't want to' to 'I need to, because I want to.' I remind clients to have a goal in sight, but my approach to fitness is ultimately less about the goal and more about the process.
My favorite client story
A client who had never worked out a day in his life went from struggling to press a 10 pound dumbbell to snatching a 20 kilo kettlebell, in less than a year.
My favorite exercise
Heavy kettlebell swings
My favorite quote
Remember, humbly, the process.
My training philosophy
Move often, lift heavy, enjoy the process.
My training experience
I have 15+ years of training. I started out as an Equinox trainer, moved up through their tier system, and eventually made my way into independent training. I started working with kettlebells almost immediately entering my career, and have not stopped. I’ve become stronger working with colleagues who have the same philosophies, so I understand implicitly the importance of working with a like minded person, and with someone who you can hold yourself accountable to.

Trinity has a way with what she does. She's well-informed and always keeps herself current with the latest research in exercise and nutrition. Trinity is down to earth and trains her clients with ease. She tailor crafts each workout to meet her clients needs, wants, and abilities. I had been exercising for years before Trinity trained me--it wasn't until I went to her that I really learned how to truly exercise. She taught me how to exercise efficiently and effectively. I now take what I know into every workout I do--whether it's yoga, running, or cross training. Get ready for life-changing results!
Trinity is a lovely person, easy to get along with, totally motivational and inspirational. I had some (not tons) exercise/training experience when we started working together, so was not completely new to the trainer / client relationship. I can say with confidence that Trinity knows how to listen to her clients' needs (and bodies); she helps set realistic, achievable goals; she has a great sense of humor and is easy to work with; and she'll get you the results you're looking for. She loves what she does and that shines through -- made me learn to love working out, too.
I began working with Trinity after having my first child. She was able to get my body back in shape quickly, and got me stronger cardiovascularly, than I'd ever been. Even though Trinity always "kicks my butt" during our sessions, I end up laughing, and enjoying the time with her. Trinity has a light touch, and a wonderful sense of humor. She's also has great tips for many things beyond just getting washboard abs. Trinity is in the know in when it comes to great food, music, new restaurants, movies and art. She always has fun suggestions for things to do/places to go in NYC.
