Fitness is my passion—not just in my own life, but as a powerful tool to help others reclaim their health, confidence, and strength. As a personal trainer, women’s fitness coach, and founder of the Inner Warrior Project, I specialize in empowering women—especially those in their 30s and 40s who’ve spent years putting themselves last—to take charge of their lifestyles, mindset, and well-being.
With years of experience working with individuals of all ages and fitness levels, I’ve come to believe that every client has something to teach me. Through every session, challenge, and breakthrough, I grow as a coach—and I bring that growth back to my community. As I learn, I teach. As I teach, I learn. That’s the foundation of everything I do.
More than just fitness, my approach focuses on helping you connect deeply with your why. Why do you want to feel stronger? Why is your health important to you? When you root into that purpose, you unlock a level of motivation and resilience that no scale or mirror can measure.

My favorite client story
Whenever a client accomplishes a goal. I have had several clients complete Spartan Races (some I have accompanied on course), some have done boudoir photo shoots with confidence, some have taken their fitness a step further and have become trainers themselves.
My favorite exercise
I love anything having to do with CORE because we often neglect the actual core to focus on ABS. My favorite core exercise is plank knee cross to scorpion.

My training experience
My training experience spans over 2 decades of working with individuals from all walks of life—men and women of varying ages, backgrounds, fitness levels, and goals. While I’ve supported athletes in reaching peak performance, my true passion lies in helping everyday women rebuild their strength, confidence, and connection to their bodies—especially those navigating transitions like motherhood, menopause, career shifts, or healing from past trauma.
From my early days in the gym, learning from seasoned bodybuilders, to now designing programs rooted in science and compassion, my approach has always centered on empowerment. I’ve coached clients through everything from fat loss and strength building to mindset transformation and emotional healing. I specialize in strength training, functional fitness, mobility, and behavior-based nutrition coaching—with a focus on sustainable progress, not perfection.
As a certified Girls Gone Strong Women’s Coaching Specialist and Precision Nutrition Sleep & Stress Management Coach, I blend evidence-based strategies with real-life empathy. I create programs that meet you where you are—whether you're starting from scratch, returning after injury or burnout, or simply ready to feel powerful in your body again.
My sessions are more than workouts. They’re opportunities to reconnect with yourself, release what no longer serves you, and step into the strongest, most resilient version of who you are.
