Fitness is my passion. Not only training for my own health and athletic pursuits, but also teaching and empowering others to take charge of their own lifestyles and mindsets. As a personal trainer, I have worked with men and women of all ages, various fitness levels, each with unique needs and goals. What excites me about my work is how much I learn from each and every person. I gain knowledge with each experience and I share that with you, my clients. As I learn, I teach and as I teach, I learn. I am committed to pushing you forward. For this reason, I offer many different services from virtual personal training via Zoom, Skype or FaceTime to personalized strength programs, mindset and nutritionn coaching, challenges and my women-only fitness/wellness empowerment retreats...there is something for everyone.
My favorite client story
Whenever a client accomplishes a goal. I have had several clients complete Spartan Races (some I have accompanied on course), some have done boudoir photo shoots with confidence, some have taken their fitness a step further and have become trainers themselves.
My favorite exercise
I love anything having to do with CORE because we often neglect the actual core to focus on ABS. My favorite core exercise is plank knee cross to scorpion.
