Meet Jacqueline

In a typical session, we will assess your condition as a whole to determine areas of focus for the workout. We prepare the body for work through tailored mobility work, enter into a mindful, whole body, alignment-focused workout, and perform exercises designed for your personal needs and goals. All work we do together is centered around creating space in the joints, resulting in that lengthened, strengthened physique.

My background is anchored by my career as a professional ballet dancer (Joffrey Ballet) and recovery from injuries stemming from that experience. After years of understanding my own body through stages of peak performance, injury rehab, and the desire to have a vibrant body that lasts a lifetime, I enjoy helping others get the most out of theirs.

I work with anyone who possesses the curiosity and drive to maximize their body's wellness.
