Getting started on your health journey can be overwhelming. There is so much information out there it can be hard to separate fact from fiction, going into a gym can be intimidating because you feel all eyes on you (even if they aren't), and and at the end of the day you just don't know where to start! That's what I am here to help with. I want to make sure we set you on a path to success that you will stick to in the long term so you can achieve your fitness goals. I ant you to see the gym is not a scary place and you should not feel nervous to start exercise. My main goal is to give you the knowledge and courage to one day not need me anymore.
Additionally if you are a combat sports fan interested in starting your martial arts journey I can help! The nerves you have walking into a regular commercial gym can be increased 10 fold when going into a combat sports gym for the first time. All the nerves and they might punch you! I can help teach you the basics so you can walk in with a few tricks up your sleeve already. My main focus is boxing but I can help with conditioning for all kinds of combat sports.
