My name is Renard but i prefer Shawn and Ive been training for about 2 years now. I first got my start and found my passion for training through my love for football at first and working with my team. From the moment i stopped playing i never stopped being active and wanting to help others. While ive been training I have worked with both active clients and clients just starting out and i firmly believe that with my training i can get anyone where they want to be.
