I spent my whole high school career playing basketball and baseball. After high school I joined the USMC where I was a helicopter mechanic then later a recruiter. During recruiting duty, my primary role was to prepare young men and women for Marine Corps Recruit Training. After recruit training I left the Marines to spend more time with my family, I started helping some of my friends and family get in shape and lose weight, then eventually because NASM Certified Personal Trainer as well as gaining an associates degree in personal training. I am also currently working on a BS in Exercise Science.
