I am a on a mission to help women leaders prioritize holistic wellness in their lives. Women who are CEOs, Executives, and Business owners, may often be wives and mothers as well. All of those titles and loads they carry can lead to burnout, and a major lack of self-care. I also wear many hats as a business owner, mother, wife, committed ministry member, Air National Guard leader, etc. etc.! I understand what it's like to put everyone else, including employees, family, and motivations above your own health and wellbeing. And I also know that if you don't voluntarily make your health a priority, you may be forced to do so at some point - let's avoid that! I have my BA in Sports and Recreation Managment, and I hold Certifications in Personal Training, Nutrition, and Transformation Coaching. My training is all customized to meet you where you are and help you get to the next level physically, emotionally, and spiritually. I do have access to a gym for in person training, but I can travel to you if you have the appropriate location/space available. I also train clients virtually. I prefer to work with women only, unless I am training a couple or small group. I have worked with complete beginners to women who just need a plan to follow. Wherever you fall in that spectrum, know that I will hold you accountable to your goals. As long as you are ready, willing, and able to put the work in, I'm sure we will make a great team!
My favorite client story
I had a client that came to my bootcamp class. Over time, I noticed how much stronger she was becoming. I decided to program a workout outdoors since it was nice outside and we used nature as our resistance. We cam upon the huge rocks and I had planned to do box jumps on them. She was so afraid to even try them, but I knew that she could do it. I had her try going up and down a few times without the jump, and when she finally tried it, she nailed it the first time!! I think we both cried lol. Definitely my favorite story.
My favorite exercise
Pushups! Most women are not fans of pushups, but they are one of my favorites! Literally, you can do them anywhere and there are so many progressions available.

My training experience
I've been teaching a bootcamp class for over 2 years now, 1-2 classes a week. I have trained clients one on one in person, virtually, and online. I have trained groups online as well.
