My favorite client story
Christine Haight, she lost 56 lbs. in a little over 16 weeks, and she is now happier, living a better life, and since then has become a certified personal trainer. She now changes lives, and that is an awesome testiment to her hard work and dedication.
My favorite exercise
Floor Bridge, because it strenghens the glutes and hamstrings, which are muscles that dont get used much during the day. Also opens up the hip flexors, which are generally tight areas of the body. An exercise like this allows us to strenghten a weak muscle and stretch a tight muscle, which will allow optimal peformance and more calories burned in a shorter period of time.
