About Craig

Hi, My name is Craig Fravel, and I am a NASM certified personal trainer.  My specialties are weight loss and fat loss.  Over the last five years, I have been on my own weight loss journey, losing over 80 pounds.  Fitness is one of my greatest passions, and I am looking forward to helping you achieve your own health and fitness goals!

My training philosophy

Y won't reach your goals on the first day of your journey. Weight loss and body composition changes don't happen over night. Always remember that your journey is a marathon, and not a sprint. We want lifelong results that we can continue to maintain throughout the rest of our lives.

My training experience

I have been certified for 2 years, and have studied fitness and health for several years. I worked at a gym for a brief stint at the beginning fitness career, but have taken a long hiatus to better myself physically and mentally in order to help others even better.
