My training philosophy
Y won't reach your goals on the first day of your journey. Weight loss and body composition changes don't happen over night. Always remember that your journey is a marathon, and not a sprint. We want lifelong results that we can continue to maintain throughout the rest of our lives.
My training experience
I have been certified for 2 years, and have studied fitness and health for several years. I worked at a gym for a brief stint at the beginning fitness career, but have taken a long hiatus to better myself physically and mentally in order to help others even better.
