My name is Janette Wilkerson. My friends call me Jay. I been in the fitness industry for about 5 years, Certified through ACE Fitness as a Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Nutrition Specialist. A little more about me: I wasn’t always into fitness. I hated sweating and anything to do with the gym. I started at 24, cholesterol to the roof, in and out of hospitals, high blood pressure, eating nothing but salads with bowls of bacon on the side. I was so unhealthy! My boyfriend (now husband) started me up playing “horse” ( a basketball game). It was fun, doable, little by little enjoying working out, going on trail walks, and it change my life! It took me going in baby steps, finding what being active was to me and how i could apply it to fit my daily life without feeling like a chore. The more i did, the more i enjoyed it! Not only did i start seeing physical results, i felt good, my mood and energy was better, my quality of life was better!! This lifestyle comes with internal and external gains; the impact that this lifestyle has had in my life has been life changing and that’s what made me want to become a trainer. It's more than just fitness, I’ve gain such a passion in helping others find their own fitness, gain confidence, and happiness with themselves while reaching their goals and bettering their health!
I help guide people with day to day food choices, building healthier habits, discipline, finding healthier food alternatives and balance to fit your specific goals without restrictive dieting, accountability, mindset tips, and so much more. My goal with clients is to to help them find their happy by simply improving the quality of their lifes. To making it an actual lifestyle with long term results, health, feeling better about yourself, having more energy, better mood, all while building that intrinsic motivation to push to your max strength both mentally and physically! I've had the pleasure of working with younger and older individuals, different genders and all different types of goals who have gain so much more than physical results through a healthier balance life and consistency in their workouts! I love incorporating outdoor workouts, strength training, HIIT and functional training. I train in the 32836 area, but also travel to apartment and community gyms/homes if needed.

My trainer is Amazing! My trainer is amazing. She takes the time to carefully coordinate a workout plan that is tailored to me and my goals. She spends time not only on helping me thru the exercises, but educating me on the importance of nutrition and sends me encouraging communications throughout the week. I’ll admit, I was nervous getting back into working out, but my trainer does an amazing job of helping me build up my self confidence. Really thankful for her and the program

Janette is the most amazing personal trainer. She listened to my concerns and made a plan for me that works. She is the best at communicating. Always available to answer questions and checks in regularly to make sure your on track. She has been so supportive and educational and the best cheerleader, always encouraging at every turn. I couldn’t have designed a more perfect person to work with.
Janette is an amazing trainer who truly cares about her clients. I found her shortly after my husband died, and being that I am all my son has left, I knew it was time to get on top of my health. I am obese, but Janette has never made me feel "less-than". She gives me all Types of meal advice and ensures that my body is not being injured when doing challenging exercises. She is encouraging, understanding, but she will definitely make you work! I did a lot of research before I chose my trainer, so trust me--she's the real deal. I will stick with her until I reach my goal!!
