About Justin

I have worked within the Fitness Industry for the past 15 years. Every client that I work with begins with a Fitness assessment which is designed to observe any muscle imbalances, deconditioned muscles, flexibility, and cardiovascular strength. After the assessment, I will formulate a wellness plan to reach your fitness goals while improving the areas observed in the assessment. Each session will include stretching, core exercises, resistance training, aerobic intervals, and cardio. No session is the same.
