I have worked within the Fitness Industry for the past 17 years. Every client that I work with begins with a Fitness assessment which is designed to observe any muscle imbalances, deconditioned muscles, flexibility, and cardiovascular strength. After the assessment, I will formulate a wellness plan to reach your fitness goals while improving the areas observed in the assessment. Each session will include stretching, core exercises, resistance training, aerobic intervals, and cardio. No session is the same.

Works me tuff...exhausted after each session..definitely feel the muscles working again. Good to get back to it.
Great Trainer with geat results. Justin has been great to work with. He really mixes up the work out routines so they don't don't get stale and hits all the different muscle groups. He also started slowly with me since I had not worked out for several year. Had provides positive feedback and reinforcement. Highly recommend.
