I am a 6-time Ironman Triathlon competitor and recently represented Team USA in the Triathlon World Championships. I also have asthma. Through perseverance and strong commitment to my goals, I achieved what I thought was impossible from my body. I feel strongly our minds tell our bodies what to do and nothing makes me happier than to help others experience that as well!
Having worked in fitness for over ten years, I have experience with all ages and abilities. No two people are the same, so I highly customize exercise programs for each person based on goals, timelines, strengths, and weaknesses. I am also a mom and understand the challenges of fitting in time for oneself. I have felt the frustrations that come with seeing fitness plateaus and struggling to lose weight. I believe the total body package comes from balancing all aspects of fitness: cardio, strength, nutrition, and our minds.
As your trainer I am your accountability partner while helping you take the guesswork out of what you should do to reach your goals. Sessions are carefully planned to maximize our time together. In between our sessions you will have a calendar and know exactly what to do until the next time we meet. I look forward to working with you!
