Diet is the most important factor in your fitness goals. Keeping saturated fat intake low is essential to decreasing overall body fat. Eating whole grains; eating monounsaturated and polyunsaturated omega 3 fatty acids; and drinking a lot of water are key aspects to a healthy diet. Supplementing your diet with a challenging exercise program helps to increase lean muscle tissue, decrease fat, speed up your metabolism, and improve your overall health.


My favorite client story

It was a pleasure to train Michael Weinstein- President of AIDS Healthcare Foundation. Michael helped to prove that age, work (traveling), and a demanding lifestyle are not good reasons to slack on fitness goals. Despite all of these hurdles, Michael exceeded his fitness goals. Because of his hard work and dedication, Michael can show off his 6 pack abs even though he is in his late 50s!

My favorite exercise

The burpee is an excellent full body workout because it works quads, abs, chest, as well as a lot of secondary muscles. It is hard to pick just one exercise, but if I had to do only one, it would be this one.
