About Ryan
Hi, I'm Ryan!
Fitness and health are my true passions in life, and I’ve made them my craft for over a decade. I love to see people reach their fitness and life goals, therefore becoming a Personal Trainer was a no-brainer! At a very young age, I was introduced to the sport of baseball. During my young adulthood, baseball forged many distinguishing qualities into my exercise philosophy. My sessions demonstrate how discipline, leadership, and persistence yield lasting results.
Discipline has taught me to work out on the days I don’t particularly feel like it. Those are the days that matter most. Leadership has allowed me to become confident in teaching my abilities, and being patient with others. Persistence is the bread and butter of it all. Without dedication and consistency, I realized results in anything were close to none.
My devotion to baseball continued through becoming a collegiate athlete. Upon graduating with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Baldwin Wallace University, I continued my education through the American Council on Exercise. As a Certified Personal Trainer since early 2018, I have trained over 50 clients ranging from high school athletes preparing for sports seasons, to the elderly training to retain bone density.
I have experience in training clientele post-surgery, including coronary artery bypass surgery, herniorrhaphy, caesarean section, mastopexy, rotator cuff repair, and knee replacement. Illnesses and ailments are not an obstacle due to my history of training clientele with the following conditions: obesity, hypertension, high cholesterol, heart disease, arthritis, asthma, diabetes, COPD, gout, and PCOS. Furthermore, I am CPR certified by the American Heart Association.

Training Areas Served
Ryan was very professional in reaching out and setting up our appt. He asked pertinent questions to help tailor the workout to my needs and comfort level. He motivates you during the workout and also encourages other workouts and nutrition plans that fit my schedule. I would recommend Ryan as a personal trainer to anyone who's looking to start their journey or looking to continue it!
Ryan is an outstanding personal trainer. We started working together about 5 months ago. I was impressed that he reached out before our first session to get a good understanding of my goals as well as my current level of fitness and health situation. He custom designs each workout for all of his clients based on how they are progressing and physical condition. One of his unique abilities is to know just the right number of reps or specific exercises that challenge you but not leave you physically decimated at the end. Ryan was able to identify areas in my diet that needed improvement and provides the right amount of accountability and motivation. Outstanding trainer - even more outstanding of a person!
