What's up guys my name is Trayvond Etienne or you can call me Tray or Kobe . I am nsca certified personal trainer and performance enhancing specialist, I love helping people change their lives and reach their fitness goals . I also have a passion of helping athletes unlock their full athletic potential . Most of my clients would say my training style is that of a smooth operator/motivator with a hint of drill Sergeant . I look forward to working with you all.

trayvond was really good at adapting and making a program that specific to me and my fitness level . He didn't try to make me do any over the top exercises and he "kept it simple stupid" as he would say . I highly recommend hiring him as a trainer because he really knows how to get the most out of you.

Great trainer if you’re trying to get in shape without feeling intimidated. He is very consistent in workouts and changes it up to fit the person. You can also tell he loves his work and won’t make you do anything he wouldn’t.
Tray is a very passionate trainer! He knows his stuff. He will see your abilities , be attentive and push you to do better without being overwhelming. Tray was able to create a fun workout program specially for me that enabled me to reach my fitness goals! Definitely recommend for any female trying to get some extra thickness.
My experience with Tray has been nothing short of excellent. Since day 1, he has gone above and beyond to curate the perfect routine that fit my needs. He motivates me to push myself further with every session, while keeping it fun and exciting. Every session is different, so I’m constantly learning. His training is worth every cent!
Definitely understands the significance of progression towards perfection. When I first started working with Trayvond I could barely do 5 push-ups without struggling. However, over this time of diligence and hard work I really feel as if Trayvond has helped me tremendously in regards of guiding me towards reaching my overall fitness and athletic goals. Ultimately he is very understanding and genuinely dedicated towards client success and satisfaction. My cardio consist of me: Walking to the kitchen Walking to the mailbox Walking from the parking lot to chipotle And on a Blue moon, along the beach to get some fresh traffic-filled salty air. Then I met Mr Trayvond. When I say he is the Yoda of personal fitness, that’s an understatement. He always pushes needs to go my hardest and then some when with him or exercising on my own. Also, I’m happy because he’s not limited to just Orlando but the whole eastern United States. When I move up north, he’ll still be my go-to. Thanks Tray

I met Tray from our college classes. He and I met for training after I explained to him my goals of weight loss. He was extremely thorough with his intake which gave me comfort in knowing he is extremely professional! During our workout he was patient with me but also motivating and constantly gave me uplifting and encouraging words that made me push harder! I will definitely be using his services again.
2nd session was GREAT. Tray is patient and provides great communication, motivation, and feedback during each of our sessions so far! Looking forward to our next sessions to come!
