I'm using completely different types of training based on your medical history and Fitness level so you've never get bored with me. I love doing High Intensity Circuits, Boxing, Free Weight, Body Weight training, TRX, resistance bands.

Graduated National Academy of Sport Medicine(Nutrition Coach, Performance Enhancement Specialist). 7 years of experience as a Personal Trainer. I have a lot of experience in group training (Barry's Bootcamp, Orange Theory instructor in the past), couple (family) training.

Vlad has the skills of an excellent personal trainer. He chooses specific exercises to work those trouble areas in the body. I know from experience that it works. After just a few sessions with him I have noticed an increased level of energy as well as muscle toning and weight loss. He is kind and encouraging, but also motivates his clients to keep working hard to produce results. You won't go wrong working with him.
When I started with Vlad I couldn't walk up a flight of stairs without breathing heavily and I was overweight and out of shape. He is dedicated, thoughtful, respectful and 100% on time. When I finally decided I was going to commit to changing my life I searched extensively to find the right trainer. I was obese, lethargic, and grossly out of shape. I knew that the right trainer with the right personality would make or break my newfound motivation. After all, when you're dreading working out, you'll quickly use "I don't like my trainer" as yet another excuse why not to get up and get moving. After much vetting, I finally selected to work with Vlad. After 5 months of in home training, I'd say results speak for themselves. I've lost over 45lbs, gained 8% muscle mass, and lost 12% body fat. Vlad is patient, non-judgemental, motivating, encouraging, and passionate. He truly loves fitness, and it shows. He helped me create a proper diet program, crafted off day workouts, provided countless tips and tricks to keep me motivated, but most of all - he held me accountable; even on my darkest days. His approach is one of encouragement, reinforcement, education, safety, and realism; whereas, he taught me to celebrate the small wins, and not be too tough on myself when things aren't moving as fast as I had hoped. What is even more compelling is that I felt like we never did the same exercise twice; honestly. While it may be the case that we did, every workout felt new and perfectly customized to my needs, goals, and objectives. When I would ask to focus on a certain area, Vlad was quick to modify his plan to meet my requests. This to me is what defines a coach - he listens, he adapts, he encourages, and he motivates. Above all, I found Vlad to be just an all around great guy, with a good heart, and the best intentions; who today is not just my trainer, but also my friend (he's also got some great stories too). If you're on the fence, and you're unsure, or you've been nervous about taking the plunge, I encourage you to give him a shot. I promise, you won't regret it.
