Yes there is a challenge, and the challenge is approached with pain free mobility as our focus.  You'll feel better after each session, and the results build bringing you to long term pain free movement.

Health and healing come together for those interested in taking the Spiritual journey to wellness. As a Strengths Certified Coach, I combine my expertise as a Fitness Trainer and Biblical Truth that brings life more abundantly.  We are Spirit Soul and Body and we approach each session feeding the Spirit first, to restore the soul, and in turn heal the body.

Over the yeas of my career, I have helped others improve fitness levels, prevent injury, and decrease pain levels, increase mobility, through fitness training since I was 18. I began my fitness education under 1969 Mr. America, John DeCola.

Early on I worked in a variety of gyms, fitness centers, community rooms, training personally, teaching Yoga Fitness, and many other group fitness classe.  In 2005 I opened the doors to my own fitness studio, then Healthy Habit Fitness, now known as KimFIT where I personal train and taught many group fitness classes, including Strength, Zumba, Yoga, Pilates, Barre, and more.

As an ACE Certified Personal Trainer I have helped many clients to lose weight, decreasing body fat and increasing lean muscle, for successful weight maintenance. As a pain Free Movement Specialist and Orthopedic Exercise Specialist I have trained many through workouts that successfully decrease pain and build strong, lean bodies.

I especially enjoy teaching and sharing Gentle Flow Pilates and have a dedicated community that continues to grow.  I enjoy goup fitness as well.

Trainings are one-on-one, or groups of 2-3.    Group fitness classes are held at the local gym and small groups in my personal studio.

When I first began going to (specifically) Kim’s Gentle Flow Pilates class, I was struggling with low back pain and nerve issues down my leg into my calf. I did go to PT as recommended by my doctor. It somewhat helped, but once I began Kim’s class and faithfully went (and I still do), I no longer have the pain I had previously. The stretching and core exercises have helped beyond measure, as well as the stress relief I get from the mindfulness and breathing techniques. So, to anyone who wants to feel fantastic after taking this class, as well as all of the other classes she offers, go see Kim!!

I have been in classes with Kim as the instructor at our local gym. She combines knowledge and a friendly personality while leading strength and movement classes.

I met Kim when she had her studio in Wayne Heights. I loved her Zumba classes. They were a terrific work-out and a lot of fun. I never had personal one on one training with Kim but her classes offer plenty of individual instruction.
