My name is Nina ParkerBrison. I have expertise in helping clients manage health-related conditions, achieve and maintain general fitness, weight-loss, functional training and increasing strength. I enjoy creating innovative, fun, and effective workout plans tailored to fit the needs of each client. I strive to be an advocate for health and fitness for friends, family, clients, and anyone willing to embrace a healthy lifestyle change. If you want a trainer that will care about you, drive you to do your best, help you achieve your health goals and get results I am the trainer for you. Optimal health can be achieved without quick fixes, diets, drugs, supplements and workouts fads. Focus, hard-work and commitment to yourself is the answer. I enjoy helping my clients achieve optimal health. I teach on ways to develop an active and healthy lifestyle plan that works for them. I believe in "whole you health", not just diet and exercise but all the components of being healthy and well.

Nina is one of the best trainers you can ask for! She customized a plan for me, held me accountable with a challenging routine but also with compassion and empathy if I was having a hard day. Unlike some trainers, Nina is not a trainer that gives you a workout routine and sits back. She works on the "whole" you - fitness, nutrition, mental focus, encouragement - I could go on and on. There were times when I said I couldn't do it, but Nina kept telling me that I could and I did. She always reminds me that "I" was my greatest asset" and that I am worth the effort. She is persistent and a great judge of what people are capable of doing. I tend to be a bit of a slacker, except when working with Nina. She knows what I'm capable of and let's me know by the look on her face when I'm not doing my best. To me, one of the most important things (if not THE most important thing) about Nina is that she truly cares for the people she works with.
It's a pleasure to train with Nina. She has an easy-going personality and is super supportive. She has developed a series of exercises that target my problem areas and she is constantly changing them up so I don't get bored. I don't love to exercise but Nina makes it fun - I'm so glad I found her online. She initially came to my home and then we moved to doing the training over FaceTime which is working well. I'm a 60+ year-old-female and Nina understands the challenges faced by women of my age. I highly recommend her!
My initial contact with Nina really made me want to work with her. I appreciated the thoughtful explanation and time to process progression into a partnership. Nina builds creative workouts that do not present mundane. You never know what you are going to get. But its always great and a strong work out. Nina comes prepared and can easily modify when needed. I experienced some extreme soreness and Nina came prepared with a full stretching routine for me that helped get me back to a good place. I appreciate her adaptability, knowledge and concern. She cares for her clients and sees them as individual people.
I worked with Nina for almost two years and she was wonderful. She was extremely supportive in my journey to become more healthy and active. Nina created workout sessions based upon my personal needs. She is extremely knowledgeable, and is continually learning to improve her knowledge to better serve her clients. Our sessions were challenging, based on my abilities. I will definitely sign up for more sessions I’m the future when I feel I might need it. I would HIGHLY recommend Nina to anyone who is serious about making a lifestyle change.
Nina has been a wonderful trainer. She designs a workout based on your abilities and physical needs. She is very enthusiastic and able to motivate me to push myself in a way that I don't even mind getting to the gym at 5:30 am. I saw improvements with my balance and strength within two weeks. Can't wait to get back to our sessions after the pandemic is over.
