About Jen

Hi I'm Jen. I love teaching people (anyone with a genuine desire to learn) how to lift weights and get connected to their Strong. I will teach you awesome technique so you feel confident in what you are doing and see serious gains over time. I am encouraging, here to help you have a good time, and I'll nudge you and push you when it's right. I also love integrating animal movements and mobility exercises to keep the body feeling limber and available for diverse movements. As a mindfulness teacher, I also integrate mindfulness into my work, helping you to connect more deeply with your breath, your body, and ultimately yourself.


I can also share ways to more deeply nourish yourself with foods you enjoy and rhythms for rest, recovery, and peace.
