As an adult athlete I still compete in bicycle races, soccer games, and running events. I also play golf, hike, strength train, and trail run. While I enjoy working in all types of facilities, I prefer to work with people who wish to engage in programs that include a variety of training methods and activities which can be conducted both outdoors and indoors. I also teach at the community college level and stress the importance of developing a healthy lifestyle by being active and adhering to sound nutritional guidelines. I especially enjoy working with baby-boomers who want to live an active lifestyle.
Your success is simply a matter of making it about YOU, not me. I will work with and for you to help you in establishing and achieving whatever lifestyle goals you want to set for yourself that may improve your health and wellness.
